Targeted incentive scholarships are distributed according to the higher education institutions for the study programs related to the high value-added sectors and the enhancement of regional investment attractiveness. Scholarships are paid in accordance with the Government of the Republic of Lithuania March 1, 2017. by resolution no. 149 "On the Implementation of the Law on Science and Studies of the Republic of Lithuania" and orders of the Minister of Economics and Innovation.
