Viewing service. Map of surface water body protection zones and coastal protection zones of the territory of the Republic of Lithuania M 1:10000. The map consists of a set of spatial data, which presents the geometry of the boundaries of surface water protection zones and coastal protection belts. The sizes of surface water body protection zones and coastal protection belts indicated on the map are determined in accordance with the description of the procedure for determining surface water body protection zones and coastal protection belts, approved in 2022. September 2 by order of the Minister of Environment no. D1-293. The procedure for drawing up, approving and changing the map is determined by the preparation of plans, maps and/or schemes (when not prepared territorial planning document or land ownership project) and a description of the approval procedure, approved in 2022. November 11 by order of the Minister of Environment no. D1-355/3D-680. Restrictions on activities in the protection zones of surface water bodies and coastal protection belts are determined by Articles 99 and 100 of the Law on Special Conditions of Land Use.
