Strategic noise maps are drawn up (those already drawn up are revised) and approved by the competent authorities at least every five years. A noise prevention action plan is drawn up on the basis of the data contained in the strategic noise maps of the main railway sections outside the agglomeration. The noise prevention action plan includes noise prevention and noise reduction measures.
