The procedure for drawing up, approving and changing the map (including primary data sources) is determined by the plans, maps, and (or) the description of the scheme preparation (when no territorial planning document or land ownership project is prepared) and approval procedure, approved in 2022. November 11 by order of the Minister of Environment and Minister of Agriculture no. D1-355/3D-680. Restrictions on activities are determined by Articles 96 and 102 of the Law on Special Conditions of Land Use.
